Undergraduate Program Structure
The undergraduate program lasts for four years, during which students engage in both lectures and practical sessions. The curriculum covers fundamental scientific subjects as well as specialized elective courses. It also includes classes that enhance knowledge in other areas and develop essential 21st-century skills necessary for both life and work.
Students will study essential fundamental science courses and subjects that help develop skills in scientific processes. This will be achieved through lectures and practical sessions, enabling them to pursue specialized courses in the following years.
Students will take specialized courses based on their chosen field (Botany or Genetics), providing them with foundational knowledge and experience. Additionally, they can select elective courses within their field and General Education (GenEd) courses that help develop other essential skills for academic and professional success. Students will also have opportunities for field trips and hands-on fieldwork experiences.
Students can choose to take specialized courses with in-depth academic content and have the opportunity to participate in internships at external organizations, both domestically and internationally. This allows them to exchange experiences and prepare for their future careers in the professional world.
Students will undertake scientific projects, starting from experimental design, writing research project proposals, conducting research, analyzing data, and summarizing findings. They will write reports and present their work scientifically, following the scientific method, under the supervision of faculty members. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to present their work at national and international academic conferences.
Students will take courses in their chosen major (Botany or Genetics) along with additional research work. This program is suitable for those interested in pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. or those who wish to work in research.

Students will take courses in their primary major (Botany or Genetics) alongside courses in a secondary field offered by other departments within the Faculty of Science, such as Zoology or Biochemistry, or from other faculties, such as Communication Arts, Humanities, or Psychology.
Undergraduate Admissions
Applications are submitted through the Thai University Central Admission System (TCAS). Students can apply in Round 1 (Portfolio), Round 2 (Quota), or Round 3 (Admission).
